不同剂量甲泼尼龙在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎中的辅助治疗效果比较

摘要
目的 比较不同剂量甲泼尼龙在小儿肺炎支原体肺炎中的辅助治疗效果.方法 选取 2020 年6 月至 2023 年 6 月西安雁塔天佑儿童医院收治的 82 例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(41例)与研究组(41例).对照组给予低剂量甲泼尼龙辅助治疗,研究组给予高剂量甲泼尼龙辅助治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组临床症状消失时间及住院时间短于对照组,肺功能指标优于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 高剂量甲泼尼龙辅助治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎效果优于低剂量甲泼尼龙.
Abstract
Objective To compare the effect between different doses of Methylprednisolone in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 82 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia in Xi'an Yanta Tianyou Children's Hospital from June 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(41 cases)and study group(41 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received low-dose Methylprednisolone adjuvant treatment,and the study group received high-dose Methylprednisolone adjuvant treatment.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was ealier than that in the control group,the time of hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the pulmonary function indexes in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion High-dose Methylprednisolone in the adjuvant treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia is better than low-dose Methylprednisolone.
