摘要
目的 探讨左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗儿童癫痫的临床效果.方法 选取2021年1月至2022 年6 月单县东大医院收治的 64 例癫痫患儿为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和联合组,每组 32 例.对照组采用丙戊酸钠治疗,联合组采用左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 治疗后,联合组神经损伤指标低于对照组(P<0.05),认知功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 左乙拉西坦联合丙戊酸钠治疗儿童癫痫的临床效果显著,能够减轻神经损伤,改善认知功能,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Levetiracetam combined with Sodium Valproate in the treatment of epilepsy in children.Methods A total of 64 children with epilepsy in Shanxian Dongda Hospital of Heze from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and combination group according to the random number table method,with 32 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Sodium Valproate,and the combination group was treated with Levetiracetam combined with Sodium Valproate.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the neurological injury indexes in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the cognitive function scores in the combination group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Levetiracetam combined with sodium valproate treating children with epilepsy has significant clinical effect,which can reduce neurological injury,improve cognitive function,and is worthy of promotion.
