摘要

目的 探讨白介素-6(IL-6)、降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)检测在新生儿早期感染诊断中的应用价值.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2022 年12 月深圳市龙华区人民医院新生儿科收治的125 例感染性疾病新生儿为感染组,125 例非感染性疾病新生儿为非感染组,比较两组新生儿IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP水平,并采用受试者工作特征曲线分析IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP单独检测及三者联合检测的诊断效能.结果 感染组IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP水平高于非感染组(P<0.05);联合检测的曲线下面积大于单一检测,敏感度、特异度高于单一检测(P<0.05).结论 IL-6、PCT、hs-CRP联合诊断新生儿感染的价值较高,有利于疾病的早期诊断,为临床医师提供一定的参考价值.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the application value of interleukin-6(IL-6),procalcitonin(PCT)and hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)detection in the diagnosis of early neonatal infection.Methods A total of 125 neonates with infectious diseases admitted to the Department of Neonatology,People's Hospital of Longhua,Shenzhen from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the infection group,and 125 neonates with non-infectious diseases were selected as the non-infection group.The levels of IL-6,PCT and hs-CRP in the two groups were compared.Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to analyze the diagnostic efficacy of IL-6,PCT and hs-CRP alone and combined detection.Result The levels of IL-6,PCT and hs-CRP in the infection group were higher than those in the non-infection group(P<0.05).The area under the curve of combined detection was larger than that of single detection,and the sensitivity and specificity were higher than those of single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of IL-6,PCT and hs-CRP has a high value in the diagnosis of neonatal infection,which is conducive to the early diagnosis of the disease and provides certain reference value for clinicians.
