摘要
目的 探讨高危人乳头状瘤病毒(HR-HPV)检测联合液基细胞学检查(TCT)在早期宫颈病变筛查中的价值.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年12 月在淄博市第一医院进行宫颈病变筛查的 90 例女性,均实施HR-HPV检测、TCT检查,将病理结果作为金标准,分析HR-HPV、TCT单一检查与联合检查的诊断效能.结果 病理结果显示,阳性 63 例(70.00%)、阴性 27 例(30.00%);联合检查的灵敏度、准确性、阴性预测值高于单一检查(P<0.05).结论 HR-HPV联合TCT在早期宫颈病变筛查中的价值较高,可以提升灵敏度、准确性、阴性预测值.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)detection combined with thinprep cytologic test(TCT)in early screening of cervical lesions.Methods A total of 90 women who underwent cervical lesion screening in the First Hospital of Zibo from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected,and all of them underwent HR-HPV detection and TCT.Using the pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of single and combined examination of HR-HPV and TCT was analyzed.Results The pathological results showed that 63 cases(70.00%)were positive and 27 cases(30.00%)were negative.The sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value of combined examination were higher than those of single examination(P<0.05).Conclusion HR-HPV combined with TCT has high value in early screening of cervical lesions,which can improve sensitivity,accuracy and negative predictive value.
