摘要
目的 分析液基薄层细胞学检查(TCT)联合人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)、P16 蛋白免疫组化染色检测在宫颈癌筛查中的价值.方法 选取 2021年7月至 2023年 5 月于京山市人民医院接受宫颈癌筛查的180 例女性,进行TCT、HPV、P16 蛋白检测,以病理结果为金标准,分析不同检测方法的诊断效能.结果 病理结果显示,180 例中,阳性 50 例,阴性130 例;TCT+HPV+P16 检测的灵敏度、阳性预测值高于TCT+HPV检测、P16 检测(P<0.05).结论 TCT联合HPV、P16 蛋白检测在宫颈癌筛查中的价值较高,能提升灵敏度、阳性预测值.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the value of thinprep cytologic test(TCT)combined with human papilloma virus(HPV)and P16 protein immunohistochemical staining detection in cervical cancer screening.Methods A total of 180 women who received cervical cancer screening in Jingshan People's Hospital from July 2021 to May 2023 were selected for TCT,HPV and P16 protein detection.With pathological results as the gold standard,the diagnostic efficacy of different detection methods was analyzed.Results The pathological results showed that among 180 cases,50 were positive and 130 were negative.The sensitivity and positive predictive value of TCT+HPV+P16 detection were higher than those of TCT+HPV and P16 detection(P<0.05).Conclusion TCT combined with HPV and P16 protein detection has high value in cervical cancer screening,which can improve the sensitivity and positive predictive value.
