彩色多普勒超声在产前胎盘血管前置中的诊断价值

摘要
目的 分析彩色多普勒超声在产前胎盘血管前置中的诊断价值.方法 选取 2021年12 月至2022 年11月于山东省利津县中心医院接受诊疗的100 例疑似胎盘血管前置的孕产妇,均接受彩色多普勒超声检查,以产后胎盘检查结果为金标准,分析彩色多普勒超声的诊断效果.结果 病理结果显示,阳性 87 例,阴性13 例.彩色多普勒超声的准确性为 93.00%,漏诊率为 6.90%,灵敏度为 93.10%,特异度为 92.31%.结论 彩色多普勒超声在产前胎盘血管前置中的诊断价值较高.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound in prenatal placental vascular previa.Methods A total of 100 pregnant women with suspected placental vascular previa who were treated in Lijin County Central Hospital of Shandong Province from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected,and all of them underwent color Doppler ultrasound examination.Using the results of postpartum placenta examination as the gold standard,the diagnostic effect of color Doppler ultrasound was analyzed.Results The pathological results showed that 87 cases were positive and 13 cases were negative.The accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound was 93.00%,the rate of missed diagnosis was 6.90%,the sensitivity was 93.10%,and the specificity was 92.31%.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound has a high diagnostic value in prenatal diagnosis of placental vascular previa.
