摘要
目的 探讨自我护理能力教育干预在老年女性冠心病患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年1月至12 月山东省烟台市北海医院收治的 60 例老年女性冠心病患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 30 例.对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取自我护理能力教育干预,比较两组护理效果.结果 护理后观察组左心室舒张期内径、左心室收缩期内径低于对照组,缩短分数、射血分数高于对照组(P<0.05);护理后观察组生活质量各项评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 自我护理能力教育干预在老年女性冠心病患者中应用,能够改善心功能,提升生活质量,减少心脑血管不良事件的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of self-care ability education intervention in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease.Methods A total of 60 elderly female patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Yantai Beihai Hospital,Shandong Province from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received self-care ability education intervention.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the left ventricular end-diastolic dimension and left ventricular end-systolic dimension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the fraction shortening and ejection fraction were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of self-care ability education intervention in elderly female patients with coronary heart disease can improve cardiac function,enhance quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular adverse events.
