全人照护管理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨全人照护管理模式在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果.方法 回顾性分析 2020 年1月至2022 年1月广州医科大学附属第五医院收治的100 例肺炎患儿的临床资料,按照不同护理方法进行分组,接受常规护理干预的患儿纳入对照组(50 例),接受全人照护管理的患儿纳入观察组(50 例).比较两组症状消失时间、住院时间、不良事件总发生率.结果 观察组症状消失时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良事件总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 全人照护管理模式应用于小儿肺炎护理中能够促进患儿康复,减少不良事件的发生,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of holistic nursing management model in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 100 children with pneumonia in the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou Medical University from January 2020 to January 2022.According to different nursing methods,children receiving routine nursing intervention were included in the control group(50 cases),while those receiving holistic nursing management model were included in the observation group(50 cases).The disappearance time of symptoms,length of hospitalization and total incidence of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The disappearance time of symptoms in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group,and the length of hospitalization was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of holistic nursing management model in the nursing of children with pneumonia can promote the rehabilitation of children and reduce the occurrence of adverse events,which is worth promoting and applying.
