摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理对小儿肱骨髁上骨折全麻手术患儿心理应激和疼痛的影响.方法 选取 2021年 3 月至 2023 年4月于绵阳市骨科医院行全麻手术的 87 例肱骨髁上骨折患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(44 例)、对照组(43 例).对照组予以常规围手术期护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上予以快速康复护理干预,比较两组的干预效果.结果 干预后,观察组术后排气时间、下床活动时间、住院时间短于对照组,负性情绪、视觉模拟评分法评分低于对照组,正性情绪评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 快速康复护理应用于肱骨髁上骨折全麻手术患儿能够减轻心理应激,缓解疼痛,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on psychological stress and pain level in children undergoing general anesthesia surgery for supracondylar humeral fracture.Methods A total of 87 children with supracondylar humeral fracture who underwent general anesthesia surgery in Mianyang Orthopedic Hospital from March 2021 to April 2023 were selected and divided into control group(44 cases)and observation group(43 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine perioperative nursing intervention,while the observation group received rapid rehabilitation nursing on the basis of control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the time of postoperative exhaust and the time of getting out of bed in the observation group were earlier than those in the control group,the duration of hospitalization in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,the scores of negative emotion and visual analogue scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the score of positive emotion in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing in children undergoing general anesthesia surgery for supracondylar humeral fracture can reduce psychological stress and relieve pain,which is worth promoting.
