综合性保温措施辅助手术室护理对宫腔镜手术患者应激反应、凝血功能及并发症的影响

摘要
目的 探讨综合性保温措施辅助手术室护理对宫腔镜手术患者应激反应、凝血功能及并发症的影响.方法 选取 2021年 3 月至 2022 年 3 月于沂南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心行宫腔镜手术的 200 例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将患者分为两组,每组100 例.对照组实施手术室护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施综合性保温措施,比较两组应激反应指标、凝血功能及并发症发生情况.结果 手术结束时,两组心率(HR)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)与肾上腺素(AD)水平均升高,其中观察组HR、NE与AD水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间短于对照组,纤维蛋白原水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 综合性保温措施辅助手术室护理应用于宫腔镜手术患者能够缓解应激反应,改善凝血功能,减少并发症,值得推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive temperature maintaining methods assisted operating room nursing on stress response,coagulation function and complications in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery.Methods A total of 200 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in Women and Children's Healthcare and Family Planning Service Center of Yinan from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received operating room nursing,and the observation group received comprehensive temperature maintaining methods on the basis of the control group.The stress response indexes,coagulation function and complications of the two groups were compared.Results At the end of operation,the heart rate(HR),levels of norepinephrine(NE)and adrenaline(AD)increased in both groups,and the HR,levels of NE and AD in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time and prothrombin time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the level of fibrinogen in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive temperature maintaining methods assisted operating room nursing can relieve stress response,improve coagulation function and reduce complications in patients undergoing hysteroscopic surgery,which is worth popularizing.
