循证护理干预在妇科盆腔磁共振成像增强扫描检查中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探讨循证护理干预在妇科盆腔磁共振成像(MRI)增强扫描检查中的应用效果.方法 选取2022 年 6 月至 2023 年 3 月于来宾市人民医院放射科行盆腔MRI检查的 90 例患者为研究对象,根据不同护理干预方法进行分组,行常规护理干预的纳入对照组(n=45),行循证护理干预的纳入观察组(n=45).比较两组检查情况、情绪状态及图像质量.结果 观察组一次检查成功率高于对照组(P<0.05),检查时间短于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组图像合格率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 循证护理干预在妇科盆腔MRI增强扫描检查中的应用效果显著,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in gynecological pelvic cavity magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)enhanced scanning.Methods A total of 90 patients who underwent pelvic cavity MRI enhanced scanning in Department of Radiology,People's Hospital of Laibin from June 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.According to different nursing intervention methods,patients receiving routine nursing intervention were included in the control group(n=45),and patients receiving evidence-based nursing intervention were included in the observation group(n=45).The examination condition,emotional state and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of one examination in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the examination time was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The qualified rate of images in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of evidence-based nursing intervention in gynecological pelvic cavity MRI enhanced scanning is significant,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
