摘要
目的 探讨规范性护理指导对妊娠合并乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)产妇心理状态及并发症的影响.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2023 年1月郑州大学第三附属医院产科收治的124例妊娠合并HBV患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=62)和对照组(n=62).对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取规范性护理指导,比较两组心理状态及并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,两组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组的并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 采用规范性护理指导干预妊娠合并HBV产妇可有效缓解焦虑、抑郁情绪,降低产后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of normative nursing guidance on the mental status and complication of pregnant women with hepatitis B virus(HBV).Methods A total of 124 pregnant patients with HBV in the Department of Obstetrics,the Third Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group(n=62)and the control group(n=62)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received normative nursing guidance.The mental status and the incidence of complications of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention of normative nursing guidance in pregnant women with HBV can effectively alleviate anxiety and depression,and reduce the incidence of postpartum complications.
