优质护理在卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜手术中的应用效果

摘要
目的 探究优质护理在卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜手术中的应用效果.方法 选取滕州市洪绪镇卫生院 2020 年11月至 2022 年11月收治的 57 例行腹腔镜手术治疗的卵巢囊肿患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(29 例)和研究组(28 例).对照组行常规护理,研究组行优质护理,比较两组术后相关指标及住院时间、生活质量和护理满意度.结果 研究组术后首次排气、术后进食、肠鸣音恢复、下床活动、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率为96.43%,高于对照组的 72.41%(P<0.05).结论 优质护理在卵巢囊肿患者腹腔镜手术中的应用效果显著,可加快患者康复,提高生活质量,具有较高的临床推广价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality care in the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 57 patients with ovarian cyst undergoing laparoscopic surgery in Hongxu Town Health Center of Tengzhou City from November 2020 to November 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(29 cases)and the study group(28 cases)using the random number table method.The control group received routine care,while the study group received high-quality care.The postoperative related indicators,hospitalization time,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first postoperative exhaust,postoperative food intake,recovery of bowel sounds,get out of bed and hospitalization in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing satisfaction in the study group was 96.43%,which was higher than the 72.41%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of high-quality care in the laparoscopic surgery of patients with ovarian cysts is significant,which can accelerate their recovery and improve the quality of life,and has significant clinical promotion value.
