摘要
目的 探究加强健康宣教在慢性盆腔炎护理中的应用.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年 5 月新泰市果都镇卫生院治疗的 70 例慢性盆腔炎患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(35 例)和观察组(35 例).对照组采取常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上加强健康宣教,比较两组疾病相关知识知晓情况及自我护理能力.结果 护理后,两组饮食知识、运动知识、疾病知识、日常生活禁忌知识及治疗药物方面的知晓评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);两组自护技能、健康知识、自护责任感和自我概念评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 加强健康宣教在慢性盆腔炎护理中有较高的应用价值.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application of strengthening health education in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods A total of 70 patients with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in Guodu Town Health Center of Xintai City from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(35 cases)and the observation group(35 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group strengthened health education based on the control group.The disease-related knowledge and self-care ability were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing,the awareness scores of dietary knowledge,exercise knowledge,disease knowledge,daily life taboos knowledge,and therapeutic drugs in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the awareness scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of self-care skills,health knowledge,self-care responsibility and self-concept in both groups increased(P<0.05),and the scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening health education has high application value in the nursing of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
