预见性护理结合心理护理在女性冠状动脉CT血管成像检查中的应用

摘要
目的 探究预见性护理结合心理护理在女性冠状动脉CT血管成像检查中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 7 月至 2023 年 2 月于济宁市兖州区人民医院接受冠状动脉CT血管成像检查的 60 例女性患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(30 例)与观察组(30 例).对照组行常规护理,观察组行预见性护理结合心理护理干预,比较两组心理状态及图像质量.结果 护理后,观察组抑郁自评量表、焦虑自评量表评分均低于对照组,图像质量总合格率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 在女性冠状动脉CT血管成像检查中实施预见性护理结合心理护理可改善患者检查期间的心理状态,提高图像质量,有利于患者顺利完成检查,保障检查质量,可广泛应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing in female coronary CT angiography.Methods A total of 60 female patients who underwent coronary CT angiography in Yanzhou District People's Hospital of Jining City from July 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(30 cases)and the observation group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group received predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing,and the mental status and image quality of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of self-rating depression scale and self-rating anxiety scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the image quality of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing combined with psychological nursing in female coronary CT angiography can improve the mental status of patients during the examination and enhance the image quality,which is beneficial for patients to complete the examination smoothly and guarantee the examination quality,and can be widely used.
