摘要
目的 探究优质护理在超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠中的应用效果.方法 选取滨州医学院附属医院 2022 年1月至 2023 年 5 月收治的 64例肠套叠患儿作为研究对象,按照抽签法分为研究组和对照组,每组各 32 例.两组均接受超声引导下水压灌肠治疗,研究组给予优质护理,对照组给予常规护理.比较两组临床指标、护理依从性及护理满意度.结果 研究组复位、住院及肠道功能恢复时间均短于对照组,一次性复位成功率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总依从率和护理总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 优质护理在超声引导下水压灌肠治疗小儿肠套叠中可缩短治疗时间,提高护理依从性和护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of high-quality nursing in ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment of pediatric intussusception.Methods A total of 64 children with intussusception admitted to Binzhou Medical University Hospital from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the study group and the control group according to the lottery method,with 32 cases in each group.Both groups received ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment,the study group received high-quality nursing,and the control group received routine care.Clinical indicators,nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The time of reduction,hospitalization and intestinal function recovery in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,and the success rate of one-time reduction in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing compliance and total nursing satisfaction in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion High-quality nursing can shorten the treatment time in ultrasound-guided hydrostatic enema treatment of pediatric intussusception,and improve the nursing compliance and nursing satisfaction.
