温经汤治疗妇科疾病的研究进展

摘要
《金匮要略》温经汤为妇科经典名方,具有温经养血散寒的功效,用于治疗痛经、不孕症、慢性盆腔炎、功能性子宫出血等冲任虚寒、瘀血阻滞证型的妇科疾病.本文从上述妇科疾病展开,总结归纳《金匮要略》温经汤的临床应用现状.
Abstract
Synopsis of Golden Chamber Wenjing Decoction is a famous classical prescription of gynecology,which has the effect of warming meridians,nourishing blood and dispersing cold,and is often used for the treatment of dysmenorrhea,infertility,chronic pelvic inflammation disease,functional uterine bleeding and other gynecological diseases with deficient cold Chong and Ren channels type and obstruction of blood stasis type.This paper summarizes the clinical application status of Synopsis of Golden Chamber Wenjing Decoction from the above-mentioned gynecological diseases.
