摘要
目的 探讨自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合硬化剂注射治疗女性混合痔的临床效果.方法 选取2021年6月至2023年6月兴义市人民医院收治的235例混合痔女性患者,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(117例)和观察组(118 例).对照组采用传统外剥内扎术治疗,观察组采用自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合硬化剂注射治疗,比较两组治疗效果、术后并发症发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 女性混合痔患者采用自动弹力线痔疮套扎器联合硬化剂注射治疗效果较好,可提升治疗有效率,降低术后并发症发生率.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device combined with sclerosing agent injection in the treatment of female mixed hemorrhoid.Methods A total of 235 female patients with mixed hemorrhoid admitted to Xingyi People's Hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group(117 cases)and observation group(118 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with traditional external stripping and internal ligation,and the observation group was treated with automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device combined with sclerosing agent injection.The therapeutic effect and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of automatic elastic thread hemorrhoid ligation device combined with sclerosing agent injection is better in female patients with mixed hemorrhoid,which can improve the effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.
