阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切术治疗高级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨阴道镜联合宫颈环形电切术(LEEP)治疗高级别鳞状上皮内病变的临床效果.方法 选择 2018 年 6 月至 2022 年12 月旬阳市人民医院收治的 72 例高级别鳞状上皮内病变患者为研究对象,根据随机抽签法分为两组,各 36 例.对照组给予宫颈冷刀锥切术治疗,研究组给予阴道镜联合LEEP治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率较对照组高,手术时间及住院时间较对照组短,术中出血量少于对照组,病变切除深度小于对照组(P<0.05);研究组复发率、并发症总发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);术后 6 个月研究组生活质量评分优于对照组(P<0.05).结论 阴道镜联合LEEP治疗高级别鳞状上皮内病变,可以提升治疗有效率,降低并发症发生率及复发率,改善生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of colposcope combined with loop electrosurgical excision procedure(LEEP)of cervix in the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion.Methods A total of 72 patients with high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion admitted to Xunyang People's Hospital from June 2018 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the random lottery method,they were divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cold knife conization of cervix,and the study group was treated with colposcope combined with LEEP.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group,the intraoperative blood loss was less than that of the control group,and the depth of lesion resection was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate and the total incidence of complications in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was better than that of the control group at 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Colposcope combined with LEEP in the treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesion can improve the treatment efficiency,reduce the incidence of complications and recurrence rate,and improve the quality of life.
