摘要
子宫静脉内平滑肌瘤(IVL)是一种良性肿瘤,但可沿血管生长,表现出恶性生物学行为,临床上较为少见,严重者可累及多个器官,临床表现多样化.IVL发生率较低,且无特异性诊断方法,易发生漏诊、误诊情况.手术是本病首选的治疗方法,术前应充分评估患者情况、了解疾病受累情况、患者生育要求等,提供个性化手术方式.术后应定期随访,预防疾病复发.本文报道1例IVL患者的诊疗经过,总结IVL疾病特点,提高对IVL的认识.
Abstract
Uterine intravenous leiomyomatosis(IVL)is a benign tumor,but it can grow along blood vessels and show malignant biological behavior.It is rare in clinical practice,and severe cases can involve multiple organs with diverse clinical manifestations.The incidence of IVL is low,and there is no specific diagnostic method,which is prone to missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis.Surgery is the first choice for the treatment of this disease.Before surgery,we should fully evaluate the patients'condition,understand the disease involvement,and the patients'fertility requirements,so as to provide personalized surgical methods.Postoperative follow-up should be conducted regularly to prevent recurrence of the disease.This article reports the diagnosis and treatment of a patient with IVL,summarizes the characteristics of IVL disease,and improves the understanding of IVL.
