泼尼松联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨泼尼松联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年10 月至2022 年10 月淄博市妇幼保健院收治的 90 例过敏性紫癜患儿,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(45 例)和研究组(45 例).对照组采用常规疗法,研究组在对照组基础上采用泼尼松联合氯雷他定治疗,比较两组疗效、疾病相关指标及不良反应总发生率.结果 研究组治疗总有效率为 91.11%,高于对照组的 75.56%(P<0.05).治疗后,研究组白细胞水平、红细胞沉降率、血清免疫球蛋白A水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 泼尼松联合氯雷他定治疗小儿过敏性紫癜的临床效果显著,安全性高,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Prednisone combined with Loratadine in the treatment of children with hypersensitive purpura.Methods A total of 90 children with hypersensitive purpura in Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional therapy,and the study group received Prednisone combined with Loratadine therapy on the basis of the control group.The efficacy,disease-related indexes and the total incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of study group was 91.11%,which was higher than 75.56%of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the leukocyte level,erythrocyte sedimentation rate and serum immunoglobulin A level in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Prednisone combined with Loratadine in the treatment of children with hypersensitive purpura has significant clinical effect and high safety,which is worthy of promotion.
