知信行健康教育干预对癫痫患儿用药依从性及生活质量的影响

摘要
目的 探讨知信行健康教育干预对癫痫患儿用药依从性及生活质量的影响.方法 选取 2022 年1月至 2023 年 5 月新乡医学院第一附属医院收治的 60 例癫痫患儿为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(30 例)和观察组(30 例).对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用知信行健康教育干预.比较两组的依从性和生活质量.结果 观察组的合理饮食率、配合治疗率和用药依从率高于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,两组的社交功能、情感功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分和生活质量总评分均升高(P<0.05),且观察组的社交功能、情感功能、角色功能、躯体功能评分和生活质量总评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 知信行健康教育干预能提高癫痫患儿的用药依从性和生活质量,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention on medication compliance and quality of life in children with epilepsy.Methods A total of 60 children with epilepsy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinxiang Medical University from January 2022 to May 2023 were selected and divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention.The compliance and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The rates of reasonable diet,treatment cooperation and medication compliance in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the social function,emotional function,role function and physical function scores and total quality of life scores increased in both groups(P<0.05),and the social function,emotional function,role function and physical function scores and total quality of life score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Knowledge-attitude-practice education intervention can improve medication compliance and quality of life in children with epilepsy,which is worth promoting.
