摘要

目的 探讨机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年 2 月至 2022 年 5 月青岛市市北区同安路街道社区卫生服务中心收治的 64例肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照抛币法将其分为参照组(32 例)与研究组(32 例).参照组采用常规药物治疗,研究组在参照组基础上采用机械振动排痰辅助治疗,比较两组的治疗总有效率、症状消失时间、肺功能.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组气喘、咳嗽以及肺部啰音消失时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组第1秒用力呼气容积、用力肺活量以及呼气峰流速高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 机械振动排痰辅助治疗小儿肺炎能够减轻症状、改善肺功能,临床效果显著,值得推广.

Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of mechanical vibration expectoration in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia.Methods A total of 64 children with pneumonia in Tong'an Road Community Health Service Center of Shibei District,Qingdao from February 2020 to May 2022 were selected and divided into control group(32 cases)and study group(32 cases)according to the coin tossing method.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given mechanical vibration expectoration adjuvant treatment on the basis of control group.The total effective rate,symptom disappearance time and lung function of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of asthma,cough and pulmonary rales in the study group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The forced expiratory volume in one second,forced vital capacity and peak expiratory flow rate in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Mechanical vibration expectoration in the adjuvant treatment of pediatric pneumonia can reduce symptoms and improve lung function,and has significant clinical effect,which is worthy of promotion.
