摘要
目的 探讨纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术在儿童大叶性肺炎治疗中的效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2022 年12 月佛山复星禅诚医院有限公司儿内科收治的 86 例儿童大叶性肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组(43 例)与实验组(43 例).对照组采用常规治疗,实验组采用纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术治疗,比较两组临床效果.结果 治疗后,实验组免疫球蛋白M、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G水平低于对照组,炎症因子水平低于对照组,肺功能指标优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组咳嗽消失时间、退热时间、肺部啰音消失时间、住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 纤维支气管镜肺泡灌洗术在儿童大叶性肺炎治疗中的效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 86 children with with lobar pneumonia in Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital Co.,Ltd.from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(43 cases)and experimental group(43 cases)by the random number table method.The control group received conventional treatment,while the experimental group received flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the levels of immunoglobulin M,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin G in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the levels of inflammatory factors were lower than those in the control group,and the lung function indexes were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,fever,lung rales in the experimental group was earlier than that in the control group,and the hospitalization time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Flexible bronchoscopy alveolar lavage in the treatment of lobar pneumonia in children has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
