中药敷贴辅助治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨中药敷贴辅助治疗小轮状病毒肠炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年 3 月至 2023 年2 月平邑县平邑卫生院收治的 84例轮状病毒肠炎患儿为研究对象,根据治疗方案分为两组,接受常规治疗的纳入对照组(42 例),在常规治疗基础上接受中药敷贴辅助治疗的纳入观察组(42 例).比较两组临床症状消失时间、大便次数以及临床治疗效果.结果 观察组呕吐、腹泻、脱水、发热消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组大便次数少于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率为 95.24%,高于对照组的 78.57%(P<0.05).结论 中药敷贴辅助治疗小轮状病毒肠炎可缓解症状,临床效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Chinese medicine application in the adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis.Methods A total of 84 children with rotavirus enteritis in Pingyi Health Center of Pingyi County from March 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the treatment plan,children who received conventional treatment were included into control group(42 cases),while children who received Chinese medicine application adjuvant treatment on the basis of conventional treatment were included into observation group(42 cases).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms,frequency of stool and clinical treatment effect in the two groups were compared.Results The disappearance time of vomiting,diarrhea,dehydration and fever in the observation group was earlier than that in the control group(P<0.05).The frequency of stool in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 95.24%,which was higher than 78.57%of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine application in the adjuvant treatment of children with rotavirus enteritis can relieve symptoms and has significant clinical effect,which is worth promoting.
