摘要
目的 探讨血管外源性压力法在儿童静脉留置针注射时的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年12 月至 2022 年11月于菏泽市妇幼保健院行静脉留置针注射的 62 例患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为参照组(31例)与研究组(31例).参照组采用无外源压力静脉注射,研究组采用血管外源性压力法静脉注射,比较两组的留置针留置时间、疼痛程度和家属总满意率.结果 研究组留置针留置时间长于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组疼痛程度低于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组家属总满意率高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 血管外源性压力法在儿童静脉留置针注射时的应用效果显著,能够延长留置针留置时间,减轻疼痛程度,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of vascular extrinsic pressure in injection via indwelling venous catheter in children.Methods A total of 62 children who underwent injection via indwelling venous catheter in Heze Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital from December 2020 to November 2022 were selected and divided into reference group(31 cases)and research group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was given intravenous injection without extrinsic pressure,and the research group was given intravenous injection with vascular extrinsic pressure.The indwelling time of the indwelling needle,pain degree and total satisfaction rate of family members were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time of the indwelling needle in the research group was longer than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The pain degree in the research group was lower than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of family members in the research group was higher than that in the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of vascular extrinsic pressure in injection via indwelling venous catheter in children is remarkable,which can prolong the indwelling time of the indwelling needle and reduce the degree of pain,and is worth promoting.
