摘要
目的 探讨多媒体视功能综合训练治疗儿童弱视的临床效果.方法 回顾性分析 2022 年1月至12 月齐齐哈尔爱尔眼科医院接诊的 70 例弱视儿童的临床资料,根据治疗方案进行分组,采用常规训练的儿童纳入对照组(35 例),采用多媒体视功能综合训练的儿童纳入观察组(35 例),比较两组治疗效果.结果 治疗后,研究组视力高于对照组,立体视锐度低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组M振幅以及P100潜伏期低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组眼调节幅度、调节灵敏度高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组依从性高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 多媒体视功能综合训练治疗儿童弱视的临床效果显著,能够提高视力,改善眼功能,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of multimedia visual function comprehensive training in the treatment of amblyopia in children.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 70 children with amblyopia in Aier Eye Hospital of Qiqihar from January to December 2022.According to different treatment plans,children who received routine training were included in the control group(35 cases),while who received multimedia visual function comprehensive training were included in the observation group(35 cases).The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the visual acuity in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the stereoscopic visual acuity was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The M amplitude and P100 latency in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),the range and sensitivity of eye adjustment in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Multimedia visual function comprehensive training treating amblyopia in children has remarkable clinical effect,which can increase visual acuity,improve eye function,and is worth popularizing.
