摘要
目的 探讨B超引导下无痛人工流产术后放置宫内节育器预防宫腔粘连的效果.方法 选取2022 年1月至12 月于铜仁市碧江区妇幼保健院进行无痛人工流产术的123 例患者,按照随机抽签法分为研究组(62 例)与对照组(61例).对照组术后采用屈螺酮炔雌醇片,研究组术后采用宫内节育器联合屈螺酮炔雌醇片,观察两组宫腔粘连发生情况、月经恢复时间及月经量情况.结果 研究组宫腔粘连总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组月经恢复时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组月经量总异常率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 B超引导下无痛人工流产术后放置宫内节育器预防宫腔粘连的效果较好,能够降低宫腔粘连发生率,促进月经恢复正常.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of intrauterine device placement on prevention of intrauterine adhesion after painless induced abortion guided by B ultrasound.Methods A total of 123 patients who underwent painless induced abortion in Bijiang District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Tongren City from January to December 2022 were selected and divided into study group(62 cases)and control group(61 cases)according to the random lottery method.The control group was given Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after operation,and the study group was given intrauterine device combined with Drospirenone and Ethinylestradiol Tablets after operation.The occurrence of intrauterine adhesion,menstrual recovery time and menstrual volume of the two groups were observed.Results The total incidence of intrauterine adhesion in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The menstrual recovery time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total abnormal rate of menstrual volume in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Intrauterine device placement on prevention of intrauterine adhesion after painless induced abortion guided by B ultrasound has a good effect,which can reduce the incidence of intrauterine adhesion and promote the return to normal menstruation.
