摘要
目的 探讨孕前保健和健康管理在计划妊娠二孩妇女中的应用效果.方法 选取乌鲁木齐市高新区(新市区)妇幼保健服务中心2021年 6 月至2023年 6 月70 例计划妊娠二孩的妇女作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为常规组(35 例)与研究组(35 例).常规组采用常规健康管理,研究组采用孕前保健和健康管理,比较两组健康管理满意度、心理状态及生活质量.结果 研究组健康管理总满意率高于常规组(P<0.05);研究组管理后不安、焦虑、抑郁、烦躁评分低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组管理后生活质量评分高于常规组(P<0.05).结论 孕前保健和健康管理在计划妊娠二孩妇女中的应用效果较好,能够提升健康管理满意度,改善心理状态,提高生活质量.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of preconception care and health management in women planning to have a second child.Methods A total of 70 women who planned to have a second child in Gaoxin District(Xinshi District)Maternal and Child Health Service Center in Urumqi City from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into the routine group(35 cases)and the study group(35 cases)according to the random number table method.The routine group received routine health management,and the study group received preconception care and health management.The satisfaction with health management,psychological state and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results The total satisfaction rate of health management in the study group was higher than that in the routine group(P<0.05).The scores of restlessness,anxiety,depression and irritability in the study group were lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the routine group after management(P<0.05).Conclusion Preconception care and health management are effective in women who plan to have a second child,which can improve health management satisfaction,psychological state and quality of life.
