妊娠糖尿病患者血清C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白6表达及其与炎症因子水平的相关性

摘要
目的 分析妊娠糖尿病患者血清C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白 6(CTRP6)表达及其与炎症因子水平的相关性.方法 选取商河县人民医院 2020 年1月至 2022 年12 月收治的110 例妊娠糖尿病患者为观察组,另选取同期孕检正常的 55 例孕妇为对照组,均进行血清CTRP6 及炎症因子检测,比较两组血清CTRP6与炎症因子(hs-CRP、SAA、IL-6、WBC、IL-1β)水平,并分析血清CTRP6 与炎症因子的相关性.结果 观察组血清CTRP6、hs-CRP、SAA、IL-6、WBC、IL-1β水平高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组血清CTRP6 与hs-CRP、SAA、IL-6、WBC、IL-1β呈正相关性(P<0.05).结论 妊娠糖尿病患者血清CTRP6 与相关血清炎症因子呈正相关.
Abstract
Objective To analyze the expression of serum C1q/tumor necrosis factor related protein 6(CTRP6)in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and its correlation with inflammatory factors.Methods A total of 110 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus admitted to Shanghe County People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 55 pregnant women with normal pregnancy tests during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors were detected.The levels of serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors(hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC,IL-1β)were compared between the two groups,and the correlation between serum CTRP6 and inflammatory factors was analyzed.Results The levels of serum CTRP6,hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC and IL-1β in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Serum CTRP6 was positively correlated with hs-CRP,SAA,IL-6,WBC and IL-1β in the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusion Serum CTRP6 is positively correlated with related serum inflammatory factors in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.
