摘要
目的 探讨二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病的临床效果.方法 选取青岛市市北区同安路街道社区卫生服务中心 2018 年1月至 2023 年1月收治的 70 例妊娠糖尿病患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 35 例.对照组采取门冬胰岛素治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,比较两组母婴不良情况、症状积分和血糖水平.结果 治疗后,观察组新生儿不良情况总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组羊水过多、胎膜早破、产后出血发生率和剖宫产率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组多食易饥、口渴喜饮、肢体麻木、倦怠乏力和小便颇多积分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组空腹血糖和餐后 2 h血糖水平低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 二甲双胍联合门冬胰岛素治疗妊娠糖尿病效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart in the treatment of gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods A total of 70 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus from January 2018 to January 2023 in Tong'an Road Street Community Health Service Center of Shibei District in Qingdao City were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group and the observation group by the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Insulin Aspart,and the observation group was treated with Metformin on the basis of the control group.The maternal and neonatal adverse situation,symptom scores and blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total incidence of adverse situation of newborns in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence rate of polyhydramnios,premature rupture of membranes and postpartum hemorrhage and cesarean section rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of polyphagia,thirst and fond of drinking,limb numbness,fatigue and lack of strength and excessive urination in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of fasting plasma glucose and 2 hour postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metformin combined with Insulin Aspart has significant effect on gestational diabetes mellitus.
