孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年6 月至 2023 年 6 月新疆生产建设兵团第三师总医院收治的 70 例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿进行回顾性分析,以用药方案为依据分为对照组和研究组,每组各 35 例.对照组给予阿奇霉素治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合孟鲁司特钠治疗.比较两组临床疗效、肺功能指标、免疫指标、炎症因子水平及用药不良反应.结果 治疗后,研究组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项肺功能指标及免疫指标均高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组各项炎症因子水平均低于对照组(P<0.05).两组用药不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 孟鲁司特钠联合阿奇霉素治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Montelukast Sodium combined with Azithromycin in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.Methods A total of 70 children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to the Third Division General Hospital of Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected to conduct retrospective analysis.All the children were divided into the control group and the study group according to the medication regimen,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Azithromycin,while the study group was treated with Montelukast Sodium on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,lung function indicators,immune indicators,the levels of inflammatory factors,and the adverse drug reaction of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function indicators and immune indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse drug reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Montelukast Sodium and Azithromycin has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
