卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响

摘要
目的 探究卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血的临床效果及对凝血功能的影响.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2023 年1月山东省淄博市临淄区妇幼保健院收治的 68 例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者作为研究对象,按照掷硬币法分为试验组和对照组,每组各 34 例.试验组给予卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗,对照组给予缩宫素治疗,比较两组临床疗效和凝血指标.结果 试验组治疗总有效率为 97.06%,高于对照组的 73.53%(P<0.05);试验组凝血酶时间、活化部分凝血活酶时间、凝血酶原时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 卡前列素氨丁三醇联合卡前列甲酯栓治疗宫缩乏力性产后出血效果佳,可有效改善凝血指标.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppository in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia and its influence on coagulation function.Methods A total of 68 patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia admitted to Linzi District Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Zibo City,Shandong Province from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the experimental group and the control group by the coin toss method,with 34 cases in each group.The experimental group was treated with Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppository,and the control group was treated with Oxytocin.The clinical efficacy and coagulation indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 97.06%,which was higher than 73.53%in the control group(P<0.05).The thrombin time,activated partial thromboplastin time,and prothrombin time of the experimental group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Carboprost Tromethamine combined with Carboprost Methylate Suppository has a good effect on postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia,and can effectively improve the coagulation indicators.
