复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗细菌性阴道炎的临床效果.方法 选取山东省龙口市妇幼保健院妇科 2021年10 月至 2023 年 5 月治疗的120 例细菌性阴道炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 60 例.对照组予以复方岗松洗液治疗,观察组予以复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗,比较两组临床疗效、血清炎症因子水平和临床症状改善情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白细胞介素-6、肿瘤坏死因子-α、超敏C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组白带异常消失时间、外阴瘙痒消失时间、阴道pH值恢复正常时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).结论 复方甲硝唑阴道栓治疗细菌性阴道炎效果较好,可促进症状恢复,改善炎症因子水平.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.Methods A total of 120 patients with bacterial vaginitis from October 2021 to May 2023 in the Department of Gynecology,Longkou Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Shandong Province were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(treated with Compound Gangsong Lotion)and the observation group(treated with Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository)by the random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The clinical effect,the levels of serum inflammatory factors and the improvement of clinical symptoms of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abnormal leucorrhea,the disappearance time of pruritus vulvae and the recovery time of vaginal pH in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Compound Metronidazole Vaginal Suppository has a good effect in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis,promoting the recovery of symptoms and improving the levels of inflammatory factors.
