摘要
目的 探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在早期乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移诊断中的价值.方法 选取 2021年4月至 2022 年4月烟台凤凰台医院收治的 88 例乳腺癌患者,均行彩色多普勒超声检查及高频彩色多普勒超声检查,以病理活检作为金标准,比较两种检查方法的诊断效能.结果 高频彩色多普勒超声诊断乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移的特异性、准确性和阳性预测值均高于彩色多普勒超声(P<0.05).结论 彩色多普勒超声检查对乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结转移有一定的诊断价值,而高频彩色多普勒超声检查的诊断效能更高.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis in early breast cancer.Methods From April 2021 to April 2022,88 patients with breast cancer admitted to Yantai Fenghuangtai Hospital were selected to undergo color Doppler ultrasound and high frequency color Doppler ultrasound.Pathological biopsy was used as the gold standard to compare the diagnostic efficiency of the two methods.Results The specificity,accuracy and positive predictive value of high frequency color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer were higher than those of color Doppler ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is valuable in the diagnosis of axillary lymph node metastasis of breast cancer,but high frequency color Doppler ultrasound has higher diagnostic efficiency.
