摘要
目的 探讨循证护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果.方法 选择2020年1月至2022年12 月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第一附属医院收治的 90 例肺炎患儿,根据随机数字表法分为对照组(45 例)和研究组(45 例).对照组采用常规护理,研究组在常规护理基础上开展循证护理,比较两组应用效果.结果 研究组临床症状消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组干预后肺功能优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后研究组生活质量各维度评分及总分高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 循证护理在小儿肺炎护理中应用,有助于缓解临床症状,降低并发症发生率,促进肺功能恢复,提高生活质量及护理满意度.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 90 children with pneumonia admitted to the First Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College,Inner Mongolia University of Science&Technology from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected and divided into control group(45 cases)and study group(45 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given evidence-based nursing on the basis of routine nursing.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The lung function of the study group was better than that of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the dimension scores and total score of quality of life in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of evidence-based nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia can help to relieve clinical symptoms,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of lung function,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
