摘要
目的 探讨快速康复护理对子宫肌瘤剔除术患者术后恢复及疼痛情况的影响.方法 选取 2022 年2月至2023年1月就诊于临沂市妇幼保健院的86例子宫肌瘤剔除术患者,按照抽签法分为对照组与研究组,每组各43 例.对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用快速康复护理.比较两组手术恢复相关指标、不良情绪、疼痛程度及护理满意度.结果 研究组首次排气时间、首次进食时间、首次排便时间及住院时间均短于对照组(P<0.05).护理后,研究组焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表及视觉模拟评分法评分均低于对照组(P<0.05).研究组护理总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 快速康复护理可加速子宫肌瘤剔除术患者的术后恢复,改善负面情绪及疼痛情况,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing on postoperative recovery and pain of patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy.Methods A total of 86 patients undergoing hysteromyomectomy admitted to Linyi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to January 2023 were selected and divided into the control group and the study group according to the lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing and the study group received rapid rehabilitation nursing.The indexes of operation recovery,negative emotion,pain degree and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first exhaust time,first feeding time,first defecation time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale,self-rating depression scale and visual analogue scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation nursing can accelerate the postoperative recovery of patients with hysteromyomectomy,improve negative emotions and pain,and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
