营养护理在终末期肾病血液透析患儿中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨营养护理在终末期肾病(ESRD)血液透析患儿中的应用.方法 选取 2021年 5 月至2022年4月于济南市章丘区人民医院进行血液透析的62例ESRD患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(31例)与研究组(31例).对照组予以常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上予以营养护理.比较两组营养指标、生活质量及护理满意度.结果 干预后,研究组各项营养指标均优于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,研究组儿童少年生活质量量表评分高于对照组(P<0.05).研究组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 营养护理在ESRD血液透析患儿中的应用可有效改善患儿的营养状况,提高生活质量和护理满意度,值得临床推广应用.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application of nutritional nursing in end-stage renal disease(ESRD)children undergoing hemodialysis.Methods A total of 62 children with ESRD undergoing hemodialysis in People's Hospital of Zhangqiu District of Jinan City from May 2021 to April 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(31 cases)and the study group(31 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given nutritional nursing based on the control group.The nutritional indexes,quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the nutritional indexes of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of quality of life scale for children and adolescents in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nutrition nursing in ESRD children undergoing hemodialysis can effectively improve the nutritional status of children,improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction,and is worthy of clinical application.
