摘要
目的 探讨情志调护联合推拿对产后尿潴留患者心理压力和膀胱功能的影响.方法 选取2021年1月至 2022 年12 月平度市中医医院收治的 80 例产后尿潴留患者作为研究对象,采用简单随机化法分为对照组和联合组,每组各40 例.对照组采用常规护理,联合组在对照组基础上采用情志调护联合推拿.比较两组膀胱功能、自我感受负担及满意度.结果 干预后,联合组各膀胱功能指标均高于对照组(P<0.05).干预后,联合组自我感受负担量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05).联合组总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 情志调护联合推拿可改善产后尿潴留患者的膀胱功能、心理压力,提高满意度.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of emotional nursing combined with massage on psychological pressure and bladder function in patients with postpartum urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 patients with postpartum urinary retention admitted to Pingdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the combination group by simple randomization method,with 40 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the combination group received emotional nursing combined with massage on the basis of the control group.Bladder function,self-perceived burden and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the indexes of bladder function in the combination group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-perceived burden scale score of the combination group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Emotional nursing combined with massage can improve the bladder function,psychological pressure and satisfaction of patients with postpartum urinary retention.
