基于多学科协作的延续护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用

摘要
目的 探讨基于多学科协作的延续护理在乳腺癌患者中的应用效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至2023 年 2 月昆山市第一人民医院甲乳血管外科收治的 92 例乳腺癌患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(46 例)与对照组(46 例).对照组采用常规随访护理,观察组采用基于多学科协作的延续护理,比较两组疾病应对方式、睡眠质量和生活质量评分.结果 护理后,观察组屈服、回避评分均低于对照组,面对评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组睡眠质量评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 基于多学科协作的延续护理可促进患者积极面对疾病,提高睡眠质量和生活质量,值得应用.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation in patients with breast cancer.Methods A total of 92 patients with breast cancer admitted to the First People's Hospital of Kunshan from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group(46 cases)and the control group(46 cases)according to the random number table method.The control group was given routine follow-up care,and the observation group was given continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation.The scores of disease coping styles,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,the scores of submission and avoidance were lower in the observation group than those in the control group,and the score of face was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing based on multidisciplinary cooperation can encourage patients to actively face diseases,improve sleep quality and quality of life,and is worthy of application.
