摘要
目的 探究针对性护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤中的应用效果.方法 选取 2020 年1月至 2023 年1月在兰陵县人民医院颅脑创伤外科接受治疗的 66 例颅脑外伤患儿作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各 33 例.对照组行常规护理干预,观察组行针对性护理干预,比较两组昏迷程度、神经功能、运动功能以及并发症发生情况.结果 干预后,两组格拉斯哥昏迷、Fugl-Meyer运动功能评分均升高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组神经功能缺损评分均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 针对性护理干预在小儿颅脑外伤中的应用效果较好,可改善患儿的昏迷程度,降低神经功能的损伤,提高运动功能,减少并发症的发生.
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of targeted nursing intervention in children with craniocerebral trauma.Methods A total of 66 children with craniocerebral trauma who were treated in the Department of Craniocerebral Trauma Surgery,Lanling People's Hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the children were divided into the control group and the observation group using the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received targeted nursing intervention.The degree of coma,neurological function,motor function,and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the scores of Glasgow coma scale and Fugl-Meyer motor assessment scale in the two groups were both increased,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of neurological function deficit in the two groups were both decreased,and the score in observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence rate of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Targeted nursing intervention has better application effect in children with craniocerebral trauma,which can improve the degree of coma of children,reduce the damage of neurological function,improve the motor function,and reduce the incidence of complications.
