腹直肌生物电刺激联合盆底康复治疗产后腹直肌分离患者的临床效果

摘要
目的 探究腹直肌生物电刺激联合盆底康复治疗产后腹直肌分离患者的临床效果.方法 选取2022 年1月至 2023 年 8 月产后1年内至南京江北新区公共卫生服务中心妇幼保健所就诊的150 例产后腹直肌分离患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组各 75 例.对照组采取自主训练,观察组在对照组基础上采用腹直肌生物电刺激联合盆底康复治疗.比较两组临床疗效、腹直肌分离距离、腹围和盆底表面肌电指标.结果 治疗后,观察组治愈率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组腹直肌分离距离、腹围小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组前、后静息值低于对照组,快、慢肌肌电位高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 腹直肌生物电刺激联合盆底康复治疗有利于产后腹直肌分离患者的康复.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of rectus abdominis bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation in the treatment of patients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis.Methods A total of 150 patients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis in Maternal and Child Health Center of Nanjing Jiangbei New District Public Health Service Center within postpartum 1 year from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group received autonomous training,and the observation group was treated with rectus abdominis bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,separation distance of rectus abdominis,abdominal circumference,and the indicators of pelvic floor surface electromyography of the two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the cure rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The separation distance of rectus abdominis and abdominal circumference in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The front and post resting values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the fast and slow muscle potentials in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of rectus abdominis bioelectrical stimulation combined with pelvic floor rehabilitation is beneficial for the recovery of patients with postpartum diastasis recti abdominis.
