摘要
注意缺陷多动障碍是儿童时期最常见的一类认知和行为功能障碍,认知的神经心理学理论发展对儿童注意缺陷多动障碍的研究具有重要的推动作用.本文简要介绍儿童注意缺陷多动障碍相关认知神经心理学理论及近年来较常见的厌恶延迟模型、抑制缺陷模型、认知-能量模型和冷、热执行功能的理论模型,并对理论和上述模型在我国近年来的发展进行综述.
Abstract
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD)is one of the most common types of cognitive and behavioral dysfunction in childhood.The development of neuropsychological theory of cognitive plays an important role in promoting the research of ADHD in children.This paper briefly introduces neuropsychological theory of related cognition and the common theories of aversion delay model,suppression defect model,cognitive-energy model,cold and hot executive function in recent years,and summarizes the development of and theories above models in China in recent years.
