褪黑素对卵巢及体外受精-胚胎移植影响的研究进展

摘要
褪黑素是一种主要由松果体合成释放的胺类激素,在人类生殖过程中起重要作用.褪黑素可对抗卵巢氧化应激,保护卵母细胞免受自由基损伤,延缓卵巢衰老,有利于卵巢生育力保存.此外,褪黑素可改善多囊卵巢综合征的相关症状.在辅助生殖技术体内、体外培养中给予褪黑素,可提高卵母细胞和胚胎的数量与质量、受精率和活产率,改善辅助生殖技术的结局.本文主要阐述褪黑素对卵巢的保护作用及体外受精-胚胎移植影响的研究进展.
Abstract
Melatonin is an amine hormone mainly synthesized and released by the pineal gland,which plays an important role in the human reproductive process.Melatonin can combat ovarian oxidative stress,protect oocytes from free radical damage,delay ovary senescence,and favor ovarian fertility preservation.In addition,melatonin can improve symptoms related to polycystic ovary syndrome.In both in vivo and in vitro culture of assisted reproductive technology,melatonin can increase the quantity and quality of oocytes and embryos,fertilization rate,and live birth rate,and improve the outcomes of assisted reproductive technology.This article mainly expounded the research progress of the protective effect of melatonin on ovary and the impact of in vitro fertilization-embryo transfer.
