补肾促卵汤治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果

摘要
目的 探讨补肾促卵汤治疗卵巢早衰的临床效果.方法 选取 2022 年 2 月至 2023 年 2 月德州市妇幼保健院生殖健康科治疗的 59 例卵巢早衰患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为参照组(29 例)和试验组(30 例).参照组采用雌激素序贯疗法治疗,试验组在参照组基础上联合补肾促卵汤治疗,比较两组性激素水平、子宫内膜厚度、卵巢体积和临床疗效.结果 试验组黄体生成素、卵泡刺激素水平均低于参照组,雌二醇水平高于参照组(P<0.05).治疗后,试验组子宫内膜厚度及卵巢体积均大于参照组(P<0.05).试验组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05).结论 卵巢早衰应用补肾促卵汤治疗可有效调节性激素水平,提高临床疗效.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Bushen Culuan Decoction in the treatment of premature ovarian failure.Methods A total of 59 patients with premature ovarian failure treated in the Department of Reproductive Health,Dezhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2022 to February 2023 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the reference group(29 cases)and the experimental group(30 cases)according to the random number table method.The reference group was treated with estrogen sequential therapy,and the experimental group was treated with Bushen Culuan Decoction on the basis of the reference group.The hormone levels,endometrial thickness,ovarian volume and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups.Results The levels of luteinizing hormone and follicle-stimulating hormone in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group,the level of estradiol in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the endometrial thickness and ovarian volume of the experimental group was greater than that of the reference group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of premature ovarian failure with Bushen Culuan Decoction can regulate the level of sex hormone and improve the clinical efficacy.
