摘要
目的 探讨功能性磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病的临床效果.方法 选取 2021年1月至 2022 年 6 月山东省日照市妇幼保健院收治的 60 例女性盆底功能障碍性疾病患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=30)和观察组(n=30).对照组采用常规疗法联合基础盆底肌肌力锻炼方案治疗,观察组采用功能性磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复治疗.比较两组临床疗效、盆底肌肌力分级和尿失禁程度评分、盆腔器官脱垂分度及性功能评分.结果 观察组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组盆底肌肌力分级优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗后,观察组尿失禁程度评分低于对照组,盆腔器官脱垂分度优于对照组,性功能评分高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 功能性磁刺激联合生物反馈盆底肌康复治疗女性盆底功能障碍性疾病可提高临床疗效,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of functional magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction diseases.Methods A total of 60 female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction diseases admitted to Maternity and Child Health Care of Rizhao from January 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into the control group(n=30)and the observation group(n=30)using the random number table method.The control group received conventional therapy combined with basic pelvic floor muscle strength exercise,while the observation group was treated with functional magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation.The clinical efficacy,pelvic floor muscle strength grading,urinary incontinence severity score,pelvic organ prolapse grading and sexual function score of the two groups were compared.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The pelvic floor muscle strength grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the urinary incontinence severity score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the pelvic organ prolapse grading of the observation group was better than that of the control group,and the sexual function score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Functional magnetic stimulation combined with biofeedback pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation can improve clinical efficacy in the treatment of female patients with pelvic floor dysfunction diseases,and is worth promoting.
