中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩对初产妇第二产程及宫缩痛的影响

摘要
目的 探讨中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩对初产妇第二产程及宫缩痛的影响.方法 选取 2022 年10 月至 2023 年 9 月于山东省聊城市东昌府区妇幼保健院产科分娩的 92 例初产妇,以随机数字表法分为研究组(n=46)和对照组(n=46).对照组给予常规干预,研究组给予中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩干预,比较两组第二产程、宫缩痛(VAS)、不良妊娠结局及并发症发生情况.结果 研究组第二产程短于对照组(P<0.05);研究组镇痛后 30、60、120 min VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组并发症及不良妊娠结局总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 中药穴位贴敷联合穴位按摩在初产妇中应用,可有效缩短第二产程,缓解疼痛,降低不良妊娠结局及并发症发生率,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage on the second stage of labor and uterine contraction pain in primipara.Methods A total of 92 primiparas who delivered in the Department of Obstetrics,Dongchangfu District Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Liaocheng City,Shandong Province from October 2022 to September 2023 were selected and divided into study group(n=46)and control group(n=46)by random number table method.The control group was given routine intervention,and the study group was given acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage intervention.The second stage of labor,uterine contraction pain(VAS),adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The second stage of labor in the study group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group at 30,60 and 120 min after analgesia(P<0.05).The total incidence of complications and adverse pregnancy outcomes in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint massage in primiparas can effectively shorten the second stage of labor,relieve pain,reduce the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes and complications,which is worthy of promotion.
