酒石酸布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果

摘要
目的 探讨酒石酸布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果.方法 选取 2021年4月至 2022 年 6 月滨州市中心医院收治的 80 例剖宫产产妇为研究对象,采用奇偶数法分为对照组和观察组,每组 40 例.对照组采用罗哌卡因术后镇痛,观察组采用酒石酸布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因术后镇痛,比较两组镇痛效果.结果 观察组术后 2、8、12、24 h疼痛评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后 24 h内自控镇痛次数少于对照组,术毕至首次自控镇痛时间长于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 酒石酸布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于剖宫产术后镇痛的效果显著,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine in postoperative analgesia of cesarean section.Methods A total of 80 parturients who underwent cesarean section in Binzhou Central Hospital from April 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by odd even number method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received postoperative analgesia with Ropivacaine,and the observation group received postoperative analgesia with Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine.The analgesic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The pain scores at 2,8,12,24 hours after operation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of self-controlled analgesia in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group within 24 hours after operation,and the time from the end of operation to the first self-controlled analgesia in the observation group was longer than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Butorphanol Tartrate combined with Ropivacaine in postoperative analgesia of cesarean delivery has remarkable effect and is worth popularizing.
