摘要
目的 探讨雾化吸入布地奈德联合溴己新治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果.方法 选取 2020 年3月至2023年8月兖矿新里程总医院收治的66例重症肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照抛币法分为参照组(n=33)、研究组(n=33).参照组采用布地奈德雾化吸入,研究组在参照组基础上采用溴己新治疗,比较两组治疗效果.结果 研究组治疗总有效率高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组临床症状消失时间短于参照组(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率低于参照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组免疫球蛋白(Ig)G、IgA、IgM水平高于参照组,C反应蛋白、白介素-6 以及降钙素原水平低于参照组(P<0.05).结论 雾化吸入布地奈德联合溴己新治疗小儿重症肺炎的临床效果显著,能够改善症状、调节免疫功能、减轻炎症反应,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Bromhexine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children.Methods A total of 66 children with severe pneumonia in Yankuang New Journey General Hospital from March 2020 to August 2023 were selected and divided into reference group(n=33)and study group(n=33)by the coin toss method.The reference group was treated with Budesonide aerosol inhalation,while the study group was treated with Bromhexine on the basis of reference group.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of study group was higher than that of reference group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was shorter than that in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the reference group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The levels of immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgA and IgM in the study group were higher than those in the reference group,and the levels of C-reactive protein,interleukin-6 and procalcitonin were lower than those in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with Bromhexine in the treatment of severe pneumonia in children has significant clinical effect,which can improve symptoms,regulate immune function,reduce inflammatory reaction,and is worth promoting.
