美罗培南与头孢曲松钠治疗细菌感染性重症肺炎新生儿的临床效果比较

摘要
目的 比较美罗培南与头孢曲松钠治疗细菌感染性重症肺炎新生儿的临床效果.方法 选取2020 年 7 月至 2023 年 6 月平邑县人民医院收治的 60 例细菌感染性重症肺炎新生儿为研究对象,按照抽签法分为对照组与观察组,每组 30 例.对照组采用头孢曲松钠治疗,观察组采用美罗培南治疗,比较两组的治疗效果.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,观察组C反应蛋白、降钙素原水平低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05).结论 美罗培南治疗细菌感染性重症肺炎新生儿的临床效果优于头孢曲松钠,且不良反应发生率低,值得推广.
Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical effect between Meropenem and Ceftriaxone Sodium in the treatment of severe neonatal pneumonia caused by bacterial infection.Methods A total of 60 neonates with severe pneumonia caused by bacterial infection in People's Hospital of Pingyi County from July 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to the lottery method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ceftriaxone Sodium,and the observation group was treated with Meropenem.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of C-reactive protein and procalcitonin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of Meropenem in the treatment of severe neonatal pneumonia caused by bacterial infection is better than that of Ceftriaxone Sodium,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of promotion.
